I am thinking of buying either a Nissan Skyline R33 GTR or a Nissan S15 Silvia. The cars are right hand drive and dont have egr's. Can i still register them, so I can drive them legally. I heard to legalize the Siliva, I could buy a U.S. 240sx and swap over the tags and plates. Then use the 240sx to pass smog, and put back the tags and plates on the silvia. Would this work for the skyline
