Looking for PUBLIC car auction sites?

Question by Duckie: Looking for PUBLIC car auction sites?
A site that can tell me where and when and maybe show me some of the vehicles for sale. Also it need to be by San Bernardino, CA or even better a site that I can search for multiple cities. I can't find one that doesn't require me to pay for or join. I just need listings. Help?
