RovingCounter - "The gentleman in the video is Chick Lambert. He was a spokesman in for Ralph Williams in Los Angeles. I did not know he was also in the Bay area. If I recall, this was a gag commercial not shown to the public. NOTE!! Chick Lambert was always with his dog Storm. Cal Worthingto was parodying Lambert with his crazy "dog Spot" commercials."
