Question by Robby: Car sale final price with tax?
So there is a car I want on auto trader for $ 10,000. Tax comes out to about $ 700. When I make an offer on this car (if I do) should I ask to pay 10k total including tax or is that too much to ask. Example: I want to pay 10k all together and no more.

Answer by Mustang_FanIs it a dealership? If it is a private party you pay the sales tax when you register the vehicle with the DMV, so that would be moot. I
