Question by prettyfuljan: What does it mean when a car for sale in Canada is "Safetied"?
Been browsing for cars for sale in Canada particularly in winnipeg and some say that theirs are safetied and some are not. Is this a law of some sort that sellers need to do? Is it a certificate? Who issues it?
