Question by duhduhdan: Should I consult a lawyer before suing the City of Seattle?
My car was towed and auctioned off while I was on vacation. I moved from my old address (probably about a mile away) and neglected to update my address with the DOL as well as forwarding all of my mail before I left. So an attempt was made to contact me about my car being impounded and auctioned off...but here's the fun stuff.
The officer that wrote the citation marked the ticket as violating SMC 11.72.351
