Question by Heather: can i take legal action against a dealer for giving me my car but then not being able to approve my loan?
i have had the car over a month.. almost 2 actually and now they say that i have to give it back and that my loan was not approved... what can i do?
I should start by saying thank you for all the advice and comments, however, never did i "expect that the dealer pay for my crappy credit" i just didn't understand (and still don't) why they wouldn't tell me that it was
