Question by Pogue Mahone: can the second hand car scrapage scheme work to buy a second hand car?
i have an old nissan micra that is on its last legs and want to get a new car but i don't have much money, i wanted to trade it in and get £2000 off a car but will i only get that money off a new car or are there places that it will work on a second hand car.
