This 8-page document belongs to a friend of my mother. The rest of the document can be seen here.
The land in question was between Tooley Street and Bellwood's Lane. Paragraph 3 of the Special Conditions on page 5 shows that the land belonged to the Bellwood family, and was being auctioned off following the death of Miss Elizabeth Bellwood.
