Question by Nancy: What happens now when a car dealer demands more money?
My daughter recently bought a 2009 vehicle from a local car dealership. She bought it Sat and it is now Tues. The car dealer called and wants another 3k as they found out the car she traded in was in an accident and they said they did not know this and now want more money or want the new vehicle back. Can they do this? I am not aware of any disclosure laws on cars. They should have done a car fax before
